Lead Maintenance

Karya Property Management is looking for a Lead Maintenance to join the team at our Music City Flats property! This is a 145 unit property. This is a full time position and compensation will range based on experience. The Lead Maintenance role is responsible for overseeing the physical property, general maintenance repairs, apartment make-ready, preventative maintenance, and construction/rehabilitation projects. Responsibilities: Requirements: - Coordinate, schedule, and perform preventative maintenance on equipment and units - Coordinate and schedule appropriate safety and skills training for maintenance employees - Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance - Oversee maintenance staff, prepare weekly maintenance schedules, and allocate work to appropriate team members - Contribute to the development of the overall maintenance budget and ensure compliance at the property - Monitor inventory of materials and equipment and replenish as needed - Perform other duties assigned - 2 + years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or related role - Must be HVAC and EPA certified - High School Diploma or Equivalent required - Customer service experience...
