We are currently looking for a Shipping Coordinator to join our growing team. What you will do as a Shipping Coordinator: - Determine best method of shipment and prepare shipping documents. - Source new shipping companies, negotiate pricing and delivery times. - Continuous improvement of packing methods to ensure product arrives to destination without damage. - Coordinate with the Production and Shipping Team to schedule daily deliveries and customer pick- ups. - Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, record shortages and reject damaged goods. - Resolve carrier issues and respond quickly to customer delivery expectations. - Maintain internal record-keeping systems. - React quickly to changing circumstances to ensure delivery to customers involving all key internal and external contacts. - Participate as a key player in supporting operations as needed.
