Those in this role are responsible for quality, timely, courteous, and efficient service to guests, adhering to the standards established by management. Essential Responsibilities: Set up, serve, and clean both on-premise and off-premise functions. Lift and carry trays weighing up to 30 pounds to and from dining areas. Set up, refresh, and service meeting rooms with refreshments and linens as needed. Clean up at the conclusion of meetings and events. Occasional assistance in setting up function rooms, which involves moving tables and chairs, either within a room or to another location. Pack, load, and unload Catering vehicles.
