MW Components in Merrill, WI is looking for 2nd Shift Machine Operators to join our team! Job Summary: Set up, adjust and operate horizontal and inclined thread roller machines for new, special regular or experimental jobs. Job Responsibilities: - Make minor repairs such as replacing studs, set screws and/or plate s Reports any other maintenance needs to - Maintenance. Responsible for the working condition of machines, pulleys, and motors. - Sees that all safety guards are in place and in good condition. - Assist other roll thread set up operators if necessary. - Train and instruct when needed. - Inspects work in progress using equipment necessary and outlined in Quality or work instructions. - Checks visually for poor threads. - Check blanks for mixed stock and for foreign products. - Responsible for quality of own work. - Maintains a clean machine and organized work area. - Lubricates machines when necessary. - Runs production on all thread rollers with little or no supervision. - Move material/parts with a fork truck or other mobile equipment - All other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: - High School Diploma/GED or equivalent. - Some computer literacy requir...
