JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: This position is for a high school teacher under contract with a district in Douglas, Dodge, Sarpy, or Washington counties to teach MCC Culinary Arts courses for dual credit at their home high school. ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS: - Deliver MCC course objectives in the high school dual credit classroom - Ensure academic rigor aligns with on-campus expectations - Participate in departmental course assessments - Complete required curriculum training - Maintain an MCC-aligned course syllabus - Uphold professional and ethical standards MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: - Associate’s degree in field with 8 years full-time related experience in field, 4 of which must be in a management/professional level Culinary position and an OR: Master’s degree in field and 2 years full-time related experience in field.
