Phillips 66 & YOU - Together we can fuel the future What to Expect: The C Operator monitors daily operation and performs preventative maintenance on central plant equipment located in various buildings within the Bartlesville, OK site. Some of the processes involved use hazardous and volatile materials under high temperature and pressure. Operators are exposed to various work conditions including outside weather and elements, blowing air, heat, noise, vibration and occasionally working from heights or confined spaces. Operators must follow safe work practices at all times and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required. In addition, Operators may perform repair work as assigned by shift leader. Operators are required to work 12 hour rotating shifts consisting of both day and night shifts that may include U.S. Holidays.
