We are seeking a VP, Talent Attraction & Acquisition Leader for our Global Risk Solutions (GRS) business. As the Head of Recruiting for GRS—Liberty Mutual’s $17 billion premium global insurance business —you will play a critical role at the intersection of talent strategy and business execution. Reporting jointly to the Head of Talent Acquisition and the GRS Chief Talent Officer , you will lead the design and execution of recruiting solutions that anticipate, shape, and deliver against the organization’s most strategic talent needs.
