Job type: Full Time Hours: Position Summary The Behavioral Health Clinical Programs Manager is a licensed position reporting to the Administrator, Chief Behavioral Health Officer of Doctors Behavioral Health Center. The Clinical Programs Manager is responsible for overall management, coordination, monitoring and evaluation of appropriateness of the day to day operations and performance of the Clinical Social Services, will be responsible for clinical oversight of the Intake/admission screening and all clinical functions for Inpatient Clinicians, Activity Staff and will manage all activities of the Social Services staff as noted under the California Code of Regulations Title 22 and Center for Medicare and Medicaid services (CMS) conditions of participation. Minimum Education: Master’s Degree from an accredited school of social work. Minimum Experience/Skills: Two (2) years management experience in a Mental Health setting or related field. One (1) or more years' of experience as a clinician in an Inpatient Psychiatric setting and experience in a Psychiatric/Chemical Dependency setting conducting evaluations strongly preferred.
