Job Title: Certified Home Health Aide - Caregiver Department: ElderONE- North Park Location: ElderONE - North Park Pace Center, 355 N Park Dr, Rochester, NY 14609 Hours Per Week: 24 Schedule: Rotating, 7:00am, 3:00pm, 11:00pm, every other weekend every other holiday SUMMARY: As a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA), you will provide care to clients in their home, following their plan of care. You make a positive difference each and every day by demonstrating care and compassion to our patients. This position has a designated home base facility and may require occasional travel to additional locations. Typically, travel is limited to one to two locations per day, with up to four sites in Rochester, NY and one in Newark, NY. Mileage reimbursement is provided.
