Responsibilities: - Manage local and remote teams of fresh produce Quality Control inspectors to include hiring, performing periodic evaluations, training, discipline, work efficiency, and ensuring accuracy of work. - Become familiar with each customer’s quality requirements and assist with allocating acceptable products to customer orders. - Maintain work schedules for each active warehouse or farm location to ensure adequate numbers of qualified personnel are available to perform timely, accurate, and cost-effective inspections. - Evaluate and implement data collection and re...
