Join Our Team as an M&A Lawyer at Axiom Location: San Francisco or Chicago: We are currently seeking M&A Lawyers to work with our F500 client base across multiple industries. I deal candidates will have a strong background in M&A law, with a proven track record of successfully managing and executing complex M&A transactions. Ideal candidates would be located in San Francisco or Chicago. This is an existing vacancy. Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Advise clients on all aspects of M&A transactions, including deal structuring, due diligence, negotiation, drafting, and closing of purchase and sale agreements, merger agreements, and other related documents. - Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of transactional documents, including purchase, merger, confidentiality, and disclosure agreements. - Coordinate activities of large deal teams and internal and external stakeholders, from due diligence through closing and integration to facilitate seamless deal execution - Conduct and coordinate due diligence investigations to identify potential legal risks and provide strategic guidance to clients on mitigating those risks. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance,...
