The System Administrator – Mid position provides helpdesk support to the Michigan Combat Readiness Training Center. Support functions include helpdesk ticket resolution for end users at the Training Center. This position will work independently and take direction from the Sr. Helpdesk position. The Technical Support position is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of computer hardware and software and related infrastructure. Participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure.
