Job Description: As a Principal Quality Engineering (QE) Lead, you will operate as an individual contributor outside of delivery team and play a critical role in driving quality outcomes across the entire programme. You will enable, guide, and challenge multiple squads to ensure quality engineering practices, frameworks, and tooling are consistently applied and continuously improved. You will partner with QEs, System Analysts, Tech Leads, and Engineering Leaders to shape programme-level quality strategy, ensure alignment across domains, and provide hands-on support where deeper technical or organisational challenges require escalation beyond the squad. The Expertise we are looking for. 10 years + experience in Quality Engineering. Extensive experience in Agile methodologies. Confidence to champion quality engineering. Expertise in front end automation is key. Experience in test automation using an established frameworks like Playwright, Selenium Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript: Experience in API test automation.
