QUALIFICATIONS: - Seven (7) or more years of experience in software engineering or platform engineering - This role requires comfort working alongside AI‑powered tools while maintaining strong engineering judgment, validation, and accountability for outcomes. - Sr Engineers will contribute to the adoption and continuous improvement of AI‑enabled workflows by providing feedback, identifying opportunities for automation, and safely incorporating AI assistance into repeatable operational patterns. - This includes leveraging approved AI tools and agents to assist with platform operations, troubleshooting, automation, documentation, and workflow efficiency under established governance and best practices. - Sr Engineers on the INFOPS Application Development team are expected to actively use and support AI‑assisted and agentic engineering workflows as part of their day‑to‑day work. - Strong hands‑on experience with Kubernetes, including deploying, operating, and troubleshooting production workloads.
