As a Line Trainer you’ll identify, develop, and provide high quality technical training, enabling new and current employees to effectively perform their jobs. What You Will Do: Train non-exempt warehouse employees on processes and technology. Partner with leaders to identify appropriate technical training and development needs. Ensure TWI is used as a standard for operations training, provide TWI Job Instruction training, and coach employees on creating job breakdown sheets and instructing effectively through the Job Instruction methodology.
