This is a full‑time outpatient opportunity in a collaborative, community‑focused primary care practice. Prior experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome. What You’ll Do: Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care, including preventive visits and chronic disease management. Assess, diagnose, and treat patients across the lifespan. Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests. Prescribe medications and develop evidence‑based care plans. Coordinate referrals and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
