Worker Type: Employee Job Post End Date: 05/19/2026: About this opportunity: Reporting to the Director and Assistant General Counsel – Canadian Downstream Legal, the Senior Legal Counsel will be responsible to provide knowledgeable, practical and timely legal support on a wide variety of commercial agreements and legal matters for Cenovus’ Business Development – Pipelines and Terminals and Marine Business groups. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex legal principles into practical and effective business solutions. What you’ll do: Possess business and operational familiarity across a wide range of matters including crude, condensate, natural gas and NGL infrastructure, transportation, transloading, storage and handling of commodities under pipeline, terminal, rail and truck modes.
