Junior Data Analyst

Job description

The Junior Data Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining multifamily analytics and reporting to support informed decision-making across the organization. This role focuses on building and maintaining Power BI and SQL-based reports, ensuring data accuracy, supporting core systems, and partnering with teams to deliver clear, actionable insights. Essential Functions: - Maintain multifamily analytics end to end, including data systems, workflows, automation reporting, and dashboards. - Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports. - Support data governance by ensuring data is accurate, consistent, and trusted across the organization. - Enhance and optimize existing analytics platforms as technology and business needs evolve. - Create and maintain clear technical documentation for data models, reports, and operational processes. - Provide technical and functional support for multifamily software systems. - Build and maintain SQL-based reports within our software tools (e.g., lease scripts, custom tables, YSR). - Perform ad hoc analysis to support data-driven decision making. - Work closely with cross-functional teams and share insights clearly a...
