The Job/What You'll Do: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategically minded Staff Engineering Director to serve as the principal technical leader for our Salesforce ecosystem. This role operates at the intersection of architecture, engineering, and product strategy, guiding the long-term vision, scalability, and reliability of Salesforce platforms across the organization, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud (FSC), and Marketing Cloud. You will work hands-on as the top-level architect, set technical direction, define platform standards, drive modernization, and mentor engineering teams.
