**This role is not open for submissions from outside staffing agencies** Order Entry/Administrative: WHAT BROUGHT YOU HERE: - Pay Range $20-$25/Hour - Day Shift Hours- 8 AM – 5 PM OT as needed - Benefits starting DAY ONE! WHO YOU ARE: Entry level Order/Data Entry that provides order/data entry support to the organization of orders received telephone, fax, or central workflow systems. Receptionist support the organization by answering the phones, greeting visitors, obtaining, analyzing, verifying the accuracy of order information and customer requests in a timely manner. Initiates and/or implements corrective action on orders as needed to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Order/ Data Entry Functions - Provides order/data entry for the branch operations. - Processes and verifies the input accuracy of orders from customers utilizing the company’s internal central workflow systems and customer purchase orders. - Initiates required action for response to customer service requests for new order and change requests and communicates changes to the appropriate teams. - Assists in proofreading entered...
