POSITION SPECIFICS: Title: Patient Access – Lead (FT; 1.0 FTE) FTE: 1.0 (80 hours per pay period) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm Holiday Rotation: None: Weekend Rotation: None: On Call Requirements: None: POSITION SUMMARY: The Patient Access – Lead, with guidance by the Patient Access Manager and Patient Access Supervisor(s), assists in providing training for the registration teams, recommending workflow changes to improve efficiency, and monitoring reports to ensure accuracy of various registration metrics. The Patient Access – Lead will perform all functions expected of registration staff (clinical and acute settings), in addition to performing advanced work to support registration staff.
