Job description

The Senior Analyst role supports the Caesars Entertainment ‘Enterprise Analytics’ department mission of providing world class analytical support, delivering insights that drive profit, and being a reliable business partner for all operational areas of Marketing. - Interact with Senior leaders in the organization to develop and refine requests for analyses. Identify potential business opportunities and pursue them through analytics and creative solutions in consultation with team leadership - Conduct objective, rigorous analytics to help the business improve profitability, operational processes, and customer service with minimal guidance from management – e.g., identification and evaluation of revenue growth opportunities, resource optimization, optimal investment mix, competitive market dynamics, customer behavior, and pricing optimization - Distill vast datasets into actionable insights and recommendations that guide decisions and strategies.
