Job Description Summary: This role is a blend of general accounting and administrative skills and will support Aviagen Turkeys Inc. in Lewisburg, West Virginia. This full-time role reports directly to the Controller and offers a competitive benefits package Job Description: Filing and organizing invoices Processing incoming and outgoing mail: Reconciling processed work by verifying entries, comparing system reports to balances, and charging expenses appropriately based on analysis of invoice/expense reports Creating and processing sales invoices: Management of Company Credit Cards and Monthly Expense Reports Entering Accounts Payable invoices into the system Reconciling monthly statements: Performing additional tasks and duties as required to support the department Requirements: Clear criminal background and good credit history Strong organizational and attentive to detail Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information Ability to work full-time from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday Preferred Qualifications: Associate's/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounti...
