Job description

The Clinical Applications Support Administrator will support the systems administrator in managing and maintaining our the various healthcare systems used to provide care to patients at Nascentia Health. This role involves assisting with system installations, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support to users. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment. Qualifications: - Monitor system and user performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal operation. - Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues in a timely manner. - Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for reference and training purposes. - Collaborate with the systems administrator on projects and initiatives needed for the organizational operations. - Assist in software updates notifications to appropriate end users. - Participate in Systems projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing ideas and feedback. - Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in systems administration. - Other duties as assigned - Associate’s...
