Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per week Role Overview: The Field Learning Project Lead is responsible for end‑to‑end planning, coordination, and execution of department initiatives supporting our Agency distribution system. This role partners closely with stakeholders, instructional designers, delivery teams, and external vendors. The Field Learning Project Lead oversees multiple concurrent initiatives, project expenses and statements of work. What You'll Do: - Lead the planning and execution of learning programs and projects, including new content, updates to existing curricula, and program launches. - Develop and maintain master project plans, timelines, and resource allocations across internal teams and external vendors in partnership with procurement. - Coordinate instructional design work through resource management, scope clarity, progress tracking and alignment to key business outcomes. - Manage vendor relationships, including defining scope of work, reviewing deliverables, tracking milestones, and expense management. - Partner with legal, compliance, and governance teams (e.g., OGC, SMRU) to ensure content meets regulatory and approval requirements and is submitted o...
