Position : Human Resources Manager. Salary : $58,080 Exempt/Full time – Negotiable. Location : Gaming Division. Reports to : Director of Gaming Human Resources 1st posting 05/04/2026-05/9/2026 Open to Stockbridge-Munsee Tribal Members Only Responsibilities : - Oversee FMLA and other leave programs, ensuring compliance with regulations. Serve as the main contact for leave-related inquiries and maintain accurate leave records and reports. - Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and recommend actions. Provide guidance on performance and behavior management. - Supervise HR team, oversee daily operations, and manage recruitment, onboarding, and professional development. Ensure compliance with EEO laws and all employment regulations. - Develop and implement leave management policies, stay updated on employment laws, and adjust policies as needed.
