Job Title Associate Director, Experiential Learning for the John W. Altman Center Department: John W. Altman Institute for Entrepreneurship Worker Type: Temporary (Fixed Term) Pay Type: Salary Benefit Eligible: Yes Job Description Summary: The Associate Director of Experiential Learning oversees the Institute’s high-impact entrepreneurial experiences, including the Living Learning Community (LLC), pitch competitions, co-curricular programs, student organizations, and the Altman Summer Internship Program. This role ensures that experiential learning is rigorous, engaging, and aligned with the Institute’s mission. Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Direct the Altman Summer Internship Program, including employer partnerships, student application and matching, and intern performance tracking. Lead all pitch competitions, innovation challenges, and venture-focused co-curricular programming. Advise and support student entrepreneurship organizations and student-led initiatives. Oversee the Entrepreneurship LLC, including programming and coordination with Residence Life and Student Life.
