Job Title: CNC Machinist Job Category: Service Contract Act: Time Type: Full time: Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular: Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Local: - * * The Opportunity: CACI is seeking two CNC Machinists in support of the Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division’s (NSWCCDs) Fabrication Group, located in Bethesda, MD, for the machining of parts that will be used in Research and Development tests and assessments in support of the development of DoD ship and submarine systems. This is a state-of-the-art prototype fabrication facility equipped with both HAAS and Doosan machines. Machinists frequently use both 4- and 5-axis CNC machines, mills, and lathes to fabricate parts with tolerances of +/- .001”. Both the research and development environment, coupled with the advanced equipment available, makes this a fantastic opportunity to continue honing your skillset as a machinist.
