Senior IT Problem Manager £75k /+£6k Car Allowance + Bonus Milton Keynes (2 days pw in office) Our client, a leading financial services firm, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior IT Problem Manager to join their team and ensure the reliability and security of their IT infrastructure. Position Overview: As a Senior IT Problem Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving IT issues to minimize business impact and enhance service quality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement proactive problem management strategies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
