Our LPN provides prescribed medical treatment under the general supervision of a registered nurse. The Registered Nurse RN will identify, provide for, and accept responsibility for the fulfillment of resident’s total nursing needs. This includes all nurse practice activities up to and including assessments, medication administration and monitoring, documentation, all while ensuring the provision of person centered care.
