JOB DETAILS: Shift 1st/Day Shift Location In Office Schedule To be provided by leader Salary Range $21.16 - $28.00 per hour JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the accurate, timely assembly, review, closure, and billing of service work orders while leveraging technology and digital tools to improve workflow efficiency and billing quality. This role actively adopts new systems, reporting tools, and basic prompt engineering techniques to support data accuracy, problem resolution, and faster work order flow. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Ensures customer billing accuracy. - Meets contractual obligations. - Solves work order flow and procedural problems. - Researches and analyzes customer billing problems and recommend solutions. - Keeps appropriate personnel advised of work order status. - Monitors bid and contract jobs. - Monitors work order collection, charges, adjustments, and charges internal accounts. - Assists in handling customer calls. - Identifies source input and other work order problems. - Administers selected customer accounts as directed by management. - Work safely at all times.
