Division: Commercial Reports to: C&I Team Leader: Status: Exempt/Officer: Grade: 12: Salary Range: $102,570 - $147,544: Salary range updated 2/26/2026. Actual compensation within the pay range will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Purpose/Objective: Provides relationship management support to Commercial Banker(s) (CB) in generating, monitoring and servicing of new and existing portfolio of complex loans and borrowing relationships within C&I. Continuously evaluates operational and financial performance to maintain portfolio quality and risk rating accuracy. Interacts with prospects and customers as well as bank employees to address credit and deposit service-related matters in a satisfactory manner. Assists Lending Officers in all aspects of servicing and/or managing customers/prospects.
