Description REPORTS TO : Premium Window & Door Manager POSITION OVERVIEW: The Premium Window & Door Specialist is responsible for the sales, procurement, service, and marketing of premium window and door product lines sold by Talbert. The primary brand focus is Marvin. The position will support the Talbert branches in Roxboro, Durham, and Clarksville, working closely with the Talbert team, vendors, and customers to consistently deliver the Talbert Difference and grow Talbert’s premium window and door business. Requirements: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Collaborate with contractors, homeowners, architects, and Talbert sales representatives to determine window and exterior door requirements. - Explain the features and benefits of premium window and door options. - Prepare take-offs based on architectural drawings. - Generate accurate and timely quotes and orders. - Ensure that customers sign off on special orders before issuing vendor purchase orders. - Review quotes, orders, purchase orders, vendor confirmations, and all other process documents that require precision. - Monitor quotes, open orders, specials waiting for stock, backorders, scheduled deliveries, and all outstanding work to...
