Staff Engineer (€100K – €190K • Offers Equity • Offers Bonus) What You’ll Do: Build core product features end-to-end (backend and/or frontend/mobile/web), from idea to production. Define technical architecture and make system-level decisions that other engineers build on. Take full ownership of projects: scope, architecture, implementation, and rollout.
