Lead Market Access Manager Shape the future of patient access across Australia and New Zealand. In this role, you'll drive strategic market access initiatives that directly influence how millions of patients access innovative treatments for serious chronic diseases across the Oceania region. Your new role: As Lead Market Access Manager, you'll be instrumental in maximising access to Novo Nordisk medicines across the Oceania affiliates, working at the intersection of commercial strategy, health economics, and patient outcomes. You'll review, support, and optimise products throughout their lifecycle to ensure our innovative treatments reach the patients who need them most. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing market access strategies aligned with Oceania affiliate business objectives across multiple therapy areas - Leading pricing and reimbursement initiatives with key stakeholders including government bodies, payers, and healthcare decision-makers - Conducting health economic assessments and generating evidence to support product value propositions - Managing product lifecycle optimization from pre-launch through to maturity, identifying opportunities t...
