Production Line Maintenance Supervisor

Job description

As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will work in a dynamic team environment and lead the manufacturing organization to meet factory goals while prioritizing safety, implementing Lean Manufacturing practices to minimize scrap, reduce cycle time, and drive on-time delivery. Specific responsibilities include: - Maintain a high degree of manufacturing floor presence - Effectively interface with customers, manufacturing specialists, managers, maintenance, process, and device engineering to understand and resolve line issues - Drive area performance by implementing systematic solutions - Lead a team of operators to meet factory goals while demonstrating onsemi ' s core values - Maintain and review applicable systems and reporting mechanisms to measure and report against factory success metrics - Manage the quality of products through full compliance with process specifications and routine inspections - Effectively manage performance and attendance issues to drive high productivity - Create 8Ds when required for issues created during the shift - Manage hold lots to minimum levels, ensuring consistent follow-up and follow-through of lot dispositions - Collaborate with planning for a daily l...
