Description The Supervisor will be responsible for leading team members and line leads within a meat manufacturing environment, with direct oversight of raw production operations. This role ensures optimal operational performance while maintaining the highest quality and food safety standards and fostering a highly engaged workforce. The Production Supervisor is expected to drive results through area-specific key performance indicators (KPIs) and lead in a manner that supports Ruprecht’s culture and strategic initiatives. What your day will look like: - Understand, display knowledge and supervise the execution of FSQA programs including, but not limited to SQF systems, HACCP, sanitation, pest control, good manufacturing practices, foreign material control, customer complaint & deviation investigation process, traceability, internal audit program, training, food defense, and security to comply with all company, USDA/FDA regulatory requirements. - Coordinate implementation and execution of company quality, food safety, and sanitation systems along with the cooked & RTE side QA teams. - Lead complaint and internal manufacturing investigations on the raw processing side and warehouse,...
