Job description

Position Summary: The Corporate Controller is primarily responsible for implementing and personally testing appropriate controls to ensure compliance with accounting processes. The Corporate Controller is also responsible for budgeting , analyzing data, and record-keeping, as well as financial reporting to higher management. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Directs North American and International Controllers to ensure the departmental goals are met. - Oversees Accounting department to ensure that month-end and year-end closings are accurate and timely. - Reviews month-end operating and quarterly capital budgets to ensure accuracy. Creates summary of operating budgets for senior management. - Creates and updates monthly Sales and Recruiting reports for senior management. - Creates and updates annual Revenue Projections for all countries. - Works with Department heads and Budget Analyst to create annual operating, capital, and travel budgets. - Works with Tax Manager to calculate quarterly estimated tax payments. - Generates and analyzes reports for management, as needed. - Remains current with existing accounting regulations and changes for effective application and complia...
