Float Maintenance Director

The Float Director of Environmental Services serves a critical role in supporting the Environmental Services department across multiple communities under the supervision of the contracted maintenance management company. This position is responsible for filling in as needed for on-site Directors of Maintenance, ensuring all maintenance tasks are completed effectively and efficiently. The Float Director of Maintenance will oversee maintenance operations, ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards, and support staff training and development. Position: Float Maintenance Director: Salary: $58,000 - $75,000 annually, depending on experience Service Area: Twin Cities Metro area. Plus, mileage reimbursement of 72.5 cents per mile.
