Position Overview: The Painting and Insulation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all painting and insulation activities on the NZT Power project. This role involves supervising subcontractors and internal teams to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. The supervisor will facilitate smooth communication between internal construction teams, subcontractors, vendors, and company representatives to meet project objectives. Key Responsibilities: Supervision & Coordination: - Report directly to the Site / Construction Manager. - Supervise and coordinate activities of subcontractors and internal supervisors involved in painting and insulation works. - Ensure all operations under your control adhere to company policies, national, and international health, safety, and environmental legislation, aligning with the HSE plan.
