Description New Competitive starting rate of $16.00 an hour! Do you want to make a difference in the lives of people with intellectual disabilities? Then we have the position for you! The Community Supports Professional (CSP) is responsible for supporting the needs of the individual in the In-Home and Community Support, and Companion Services programs. The position requires the CSP to assist individuals with the performance and execution of daily living requirements necessary to maintain their residence. The CSP will work with the individual's support team to identify and assess personal outcomes as defined by the individual's goals and support plan The CSP will also conduct training on how to perform life skills such as cleaning, cooking, budgeting, and personal care. The CSP provides transportation to the individual as needed. The CSP documents all visits and activities in the Electronic Health Records System (EHR). The CSP utilizes any required vehicle verification system to document and track specific visit locations and durations as required.
