Job description

U.S. Facilities, Inc., a consolidated facility management service, is seeking an Electrician in Philadelphia. The Electrician's responsibility includes the operation, replacement, repair and maintenance of all electrical power and lighting systems including, but not limited to transformers, switches, circuit breakers, motor controllers, panel boards, wiring devices, lighting fixtures, lamps and grounding. RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL: Install, maintain and repair all commercial building electrical, digital, analog and related systems. Required to perform other trades work when necessary. Will work overtime during scheduled preventive maintenance shutdowns, emergencies and other workload demands as determined by the need of the business. DUTIES: - Performs electrical work required for installation and maintenance of equipment, systems and facilities, in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals and manufacturers' specifications. - Performs preventive maintenance on and repairs electrical distribution systems equipment, including generators, transformers, switchgears, controllers, BAS alarm systems, UPS and lighting systems. - Electrical installation of metallic conduits (Rigid &...
