Manufacturing Manager Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking First-Line Manufacturing Managers (Level K ) to support the 777 Change Incorporation & Refurbishment (CI&R) in Everett, Washington. First-line leaders on the 777 CI&R team cultivate strong cross-functional partnerships to drive team and program objectives while fostering a work environment that prioritizes safety, quality, accountability, trust, and teamwork. This role is pivotal in promoting a first-pass quality approach within manufacturing, and it is essential for our leaders to be dedicated to the success of their team members. In this position, the leader will ensure adherence to FOD-free product standards and the Clean as You Go philosophy, which are critical elements of our production system.
