Junior Accounts Associate

Job description

We are looking for a full-time Junior Accounts Associate to join our Finance team at ABI Interiors. Working together with our internal Finance team, processing Accounts Receivable and Payable functions, bank reconciliations and responding to financial queries both internally and to our external stakeholders. What you will be doing: - Accounts Receivable functions including reconciling customer payments. - Accounts Payable functions including supplier payments and invoice data entry. - Daily bank reconciliations. - Respond to financial queries both internally and externally. - Supporting and assisting the Finance team with ad-hoc projects as requested. About you: - Excellent communication, highly motivated and team oriented - Strong attention to detail - Forward thinker with strong time management skills - Experience with Excel - Not essential but highly regarded experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central - Related Degree in Business Administration or Finance. - Adaptable and comfortable working in busy environment.
