Job Description: Principal Solution Analyst – Distribution & Supply Chain Systems *Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; Sponsorship is not available for this position. *This is an Onsite position Role Overview: The Principal Solution Analyst serves as a senior technical authority and strategic partner within the Distribution network. This role leads complex, high-impact initiatives involving warehouse, transportation, and enterprise business systems. The Principal Analyst translates business strategy into scalable technical solutions, influences architectural decisions, mentors analysts, and ensures solutions align with enterprise standards, performance, and security expectations. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end business analysis for large, complex, cross-functional initiatives across Agile and Waterfall delivery models. Serve as a senior technical liaison between business leadership, solution architects, developers, and vendors. Define detailed functional and non-functional requirements, including data models, integrations, and workflows.
