Accounting Manager Department: Finance: Reports To: CFO: Location: Tampa, FL: Position Overview: Naked Farmer is entering a period of rapid expansion, and we are building the financial infrastructure needed to support that growth. We are seeking an Assistant Controller to help strengthen the accounting foundation of the company — improving close processes, building internal controls, and supporting the systems required for a growing multi-unit restaurant platform. This role will work closely with the Controller and CFO to ensure financial accuracy across a growing portfolio of restaurants while helping prepare the organization for its first financial statement review and future audit. For someone who enjoys building systems, improving processes, and operating in a high-growth environment, this role offers the opportunity to play a meaningful role in shaping the accounting function of a scaling company.
