Role Overview: The Intake Coordinator involves assessing client eligibility, assisting with housing needs, conducting apartment inspections, coordinating rent renewals, transporting clients, collecting rent, maintaining accurate records, participating in community outreach, and complying with relevant laws and regulations. Job Responsibilities: PLEASE NOTE: Essential functions include all other duties and responsibilities as assigned. - Assess prospective clients for program eligibility through receipt of internal and external referrals. Responsible for collecting and reviewing all documentation to determine program eligibility.
