Lynch Consultants is seeking an DoD Sr. Workforce Analyst with a solid understanding of Risk Management Principles, who is ready to take on meaningful challenges and make a measurable difference. This position is located in Arlington, VA. Associates are required to be on-site at least 40% or more per week. Please review the requirements below carefully. Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000 (based on experience and qualifications) Skills: - U.S. Citizenship is required. - Active Secret Clearance - Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, or a related field - MUST live in the greater Washington D.C. region: Virginia, D.C., or Maryland. - Minimum of 6 years of experience in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, or digital marketing. - Demonstrated experience with federal or defense sector communications. - Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Experienced developing and implementing strategic communication plans. - Ability to develop content tailored for different channels and audien...
