Overview This is a full-time hybrid role based in Midland, TX, with opportunities to work remotely. As a Sales Representative , you will be responsible for developing and building customer relationships, generating leads, and driving sales for Quarles Petroleum's fleet fueling solutions. You will meet and exceed sales targets, identify new business opportunities, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you will help to deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs while representing the company professionally. Salary: $65k: Responsibilities: - Serve existing customer base and establish new accounts by independently planning and organizing sales calls and meetings. Contribute to the team effort by defining personal sales goals and achieving those goals by growing market share within the territory. - Build customer relationships by maintaining continual communication with customer base.
