Job Title: Operational Resilience Lead Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract - 6 months Location: Alderley Park (Wilmslow): Hybrid Working Style: 50% from home / 50% office based We have an exciting opportunity for an Operational Resilience Lead to join our Resilience Management Office at Royal London. W orking closely with local Important Business Service Owners and other Group Resilience Leads, the Operational Resilience Lead will be responsible for governing the full end-to-end resilience of services within their area. This includes ensuring the design , monitoring, assessment and implementation of operational resilience aligns to the operational resilience policy and ensuring this meets the Group’s resilience strategy, framework and governance standards. The role will also act as Business Continuity Champion for their relevant areas and will support the continuous enhancement of continuity requirements to ensure that the Group’s important business services are prepared to respond following a disruptive incident.
